We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders are fulfilled in US, Shipped from Charlotte, NC. Estimate delivered time= Order processing + Shipping time. All the products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, it will take 2-3 days for order processing. Estimated shipping time: 3-5 business days. If you receive the wrong items or damaged products due to our mistakes, please contact us.we’ll ship a new product instead and advise you what to do next. Please be assured that if you incur any additional postage costs as a result of our mistake then we will reimburse you.
